Pelicans Working to Create Future Industry Standards

Naples, Florida based manufacturer, Pelican Wire, is pleased to have two of our employee-owners serving on a national committee of the ASTM (American Society for Testing & Materials), a globally recognized leader in the development and delivery of voluntary consensus standards.

Pelican Wire Account Manager, Michelle Rios, and Thermocouple Specialist, Ed Valykeo, represent Pelican Wire on the ‘E20 on Temperature Measurement’ Committee. With 120 Committee members nationally, the E20 Committee has jurisdiction over 43 testing standards published in the Annual Book of ASTM Standards, Volume 14.03.

Pelican Wire Business Development Director, John Niggle, is also a member of ASTM and will be in attendance on May 13-14, 2019 for the ASTM Committee Week conference in Denver, Colorado.
