Pelican Wire has renewed their ISO 9001:2015 accreditation.
Continuous Improvement Manager, Mike Skorupa, says, “As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, we spent much of 2020 focusing on our ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System. One of the key decisions we made was to switch our accrediting body. This change was made to ensure we would be asked challenging questions and have a thorough evaluation of our Quality Management System to drive improvements to our system. This allowed us to make several improvements to our system to ensure we are creating value for our customers by remaining focused on improving the quality of our products and increasing customer satisfaction.”
